Hello and welcome to my gluten free, allium free food blog. I have intolerances to gluten, onion, garlic, and dairy. It has been a difficult road so far, but now that I know what I can and cannot eat, my life has been much easier. Going out to eat is still difficult because either wheat, dairy, onions and/or garlic are in almost everything. Tune in as I tackle this. I will be posting onion-garlic and gluten free recipes regularly. And mostly will also be dairy free. Cheers!
