This is one of my favorites and seems to be a favorite of those who have a slice. Many restaurants have Flourless Chocolate Cake as one of the choices for a dessert, and my husband likes to order it and compare to our version. At times he likes it and at other times he says ours is better. 🙂

Hello and welcome to my gluten free, allium free food blog. I have intolerances to gluten, onion, garlic, and dairy. It has been a difficult road so far, but now that I know what I can and cannot eat, my life has been much easier. Going out to eat is still difficult because either wheat, dairy, onions and/or garlic are in almost everything. Tune in as I tackle this.
