I like nicely spiced main dishes, or those with an abundant amount of herbs. I got used to eating delicious meals in Louisiana, in any little hole-in-the-wall type of restaurant. They season their food so well, it is easy to over indulge. I feel that New Orleans is THE food capital of the US.
